You're never alone out there
We're a family in Fukuoka, not a call centre. While you're on the road in Kyushu, Karen answers your messages personally — in English, French, German or Chinese. A campsite that only takes Japanese phone calls, a doctor at 11pm, or where to watch tomorrow's sunrise: message us and we'll help however we can.
Stuck with a Japanese-only campsite? Ask us
Some Japanese campsites only take bookings by phone in Japanese. If you get stuck, message us: when we can, we're happy to call on your behalf. (Subject to availability and our schedule; we can't guarantee every request, and payment is between you and the campsite.)
Medical help, any hour
If you get sick or injured, message us. We find a clinic or hospital near you that can see a foreign visitor, call ahead in Japanese to explain, and guide you there — including pharmacies and interpretation.
Routes and spots only locals know
Where to sleep tonight, which onsen still takes tattoos, the quiet road around Aso, the seafood place worth the detour. We drive these roads ourselves — ask us anything.
24/7 on WhatsApp & LINE
One message away, day or night, for the whole trip — plus roadside assistance if anything happens to the van.
No concierge fee and no per-request cost. This is simply how we treat our guests, the same way we'd help a friend visiting Japan. It's our goodwill rather than a contracted service, so please understand we help as far as we reasonably can.
Questions before you book? Message Karen on WhatsApp — she answers personally.
